Toilets & Tanks
Safe housing and access to clean water and proper sanitation are the foundation to human flourishing. Dwell is committed to helping families create living environments with these basic needs that promote health and dignity. We want to empower homeowners and whole communities to implement sustainable practices that nurture wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
Cost of Toilets
$1,500 covers the labor and materials for a pair of toilet stalls, providing proper sanitation for two households.
Cost of Tanks
Each rainwater collection tank costs $300 and provides free water for two household
Safe Toilets. Free Water.
In 2025, Dwell launched our Tanks & Toilets Program. We are now constructing rainwater collection systems and more advanced sanitation to every home we renovate. Safe Toilets are critical to preventing the spread of infectious disease. Access to free water makes every day activities such as cooking, cleaning, bathing and laundry affordable.
